Shipping times vary depending on product availability. Purchased jewellery is usually delivered from 48 hours to 7 days from the order confirmation date, depending on product availability. In the case of new items or catalogue jewellery, shipping times range from 45 to 60 days. Check the delivery times in the special section on the page of your favourite jewellery.


Except as otherwise provided for in the following paragraph and in the cases expressly provided for by art. 59(1) of Italian Leg. Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons within 14 days of you or a third party appointed by you (i) receiving the product or (ii) receiving the last product in the event of a single order including multiple products delivered separately. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact the Salvini Customer Service at phone number +39 0131929872 from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00, or by emailing your request to, providing your order number, the desired pick-up day, the pick-up address and, if possible, the reason for the return. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the payment made. Said refund will be made via the payment method used for the initial transaction. The refund may be suspended until the products have been received and until the Quality Control Office has ascertained that the products have been delivered in accordance with the following points. Please note that the products must be returned in perfect condition, in particular:
1. The product and its original packaging must be in the same condition as when they were received.
2. The document containing the diamond certification must be intact and in perfect condition.
3. The shopping bag must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.


Please note that pursuant to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the provision of “products that are custom packaged or that are clearly personalised”. With reference to the above-mentioned case of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, please note and accept that “products that are custom packaged or that are clearly personalised” include products that are indicated as customisable within the relevant information sheet, following any customisation you have requested.


If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please indicate this as a reason for the return during the online return request, to be carried out in the same manner as described in the previous paragraphs. You will be asked to upload one or more images related to the defect found and will receive a confirmation email with instructions to proceed with the shipment
