Delivery and returns

Delivery times vary according to product availability.
Items are usually delivered within 14 days of the order confirmation. In the case of new launches or catalogue jewellery, delivery times may vary from 45 to 60 days.
Check delivery times in the “Delivery” section of your chosen item.
RIGHT TO CANCELLATION
Without prejudice to any contradicting statements in the following paragraph and the cases expressly provided for in Article 59, paragraph 1 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without expressing any motive or justification, within 14 days of the receipt by you or a third party appointed by you of (a) the product or (b) the final product in the case of multiple items from the same order shipped separately.

If you decide to exercise your right to cancellation, your payment will be reimbursed inclusive of delivery charges. Such reimbursements will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, except in cases where the customer requests an alternative payment method; in this case, any additional charges arising from the new payment method shall be borne by the customer. The reimbursement may be suspended until the receipt of the goods and the verification by our Quality Control Office that the goods were delivered according to the standards below.
Customers are reminded that products must be returned in perfect condition. In particular:
1. The product and its packaging must be in the same condition in which they were received.
2. The document containing the diamond certificate must be intact and in perfect condition.
3. The shopping bag must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Customers are informed that pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, section C of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right to cancellation excludes “customised or clearly personalised products”. With reference to the above exclusion to the right to cancellation, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the term “customised or clearly personalised products” includes products indicated as “customisable” in the product information box which have been personalised according to the customer’s request.
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please indicate this as your reason for return on the online returns form, following the procedure described above. You will be asked to upload one or more images demonstrating the fault and you will receive a confirmation email containing the instructions for the return.
