To thank you for your order, if your new jewellery is stolen from you as a result of robbery or mugging, provided you were wearing the jewellery at the time, Salvini will send you a new piece of jewellery with the same characteristics or, if this is no longer available, an alternative item of jewellery worth the same value as the stolen item.

1. This guarantee:
   1. is personal and is exclusively valid for items owned or possessed by the buyer or a close family member at the time the incident occurred;
   2. offers worldwide cover;
   3. is voided in the case of false or fraudulent claims;
   4. covers the robbery of worn jewellery (other types of theft are excluded: theft, loss etc.);
   5. is valid for jewellery with a value no greater than € 35,000 (thirty-five thousand euros);
   6. for insurance agreements signed exclusively at a physical store and therefore in paper format, the policy is valid only if the copy of the certificate to be sent to the Broker is delivered within 30 days of the date of purchase to FUNK INTERNATIONAL S.p.A. The guarantee is not valid in the period between the date of purchase and the receipt of the certificate by the Broker.
2. This guarantee is valid for 36 months from the postal date of this certificate, sent by recorded mail to FUNK INTERNATIONAL S.p.A. – mBe 655 – Via Maddalena 1, 20122 Milan, Italy, and will automatically terminate at the end of the aforementioned period. The insurance may be activated in 2 methods:
   1. IN STORE – by requesting the insurance form at Salvini Boutiques for all purchases made in store, completing the insurance form and sending it within 30 days of the date of purchase;
   2.  IN STORE – by requesting the insurance form at AUTHORISED RETAILERS and Rocca Jewellers for purchases made in these stores, completing and sending the insurance form within 30 days of the date of purchase;
3.  In the event of one of the incidents covered by this guarantee, within 7 days of the event the buyer must submit the replacement form and the documentation listed below by registered mail no later than 7 days from the event, after which time the insurance shall become void, to FUNK INTERNATIONAL S.p.A. – C.so Garibaldi 24, 15048 Valenza (AL) – Tel. 0131.942647 – Fax 0131.953234:
   1.  Detailed written report by the competent Judicial Authority in whose territory the incident occurred;
   2. Copy of the replacement certificate;
   3. Copy of the recorded delivery receipt of the certificate, if the certificate has been activated by paper trail.
